A native of Lincoln City, Oregon, Mindy Landry is a strong and independent small business owner with deep roots along the Oregon Coast. With decades of experience in real estate, property management, and local development, Mindy has built a reputation for excellence. Before launching her boutique property management company, her self managed portfolio included over 100 multi-family units and two commercial buildings across seven properties in Warrenton, Astoria, and Lincoln City.
Mindy has played a key role in planning, re-zoning, and developing these properties, all while advocating for affordable housing in Oregon.
