Mindy Landry is a true original native of the Oregon Coast. She has had the pleasure of living in other states and realized the true beauty of Lincoln City making a solid choice to call the Oregon Coast HOME. Mindy has always had that entrepreneurial spirit, garnering experience with every business she owned and operated. Her background has included real estate, holding her Oregon's broker's license, multiple franchise ownership, and property management. 

Before branching out to start Left Coast Property Management her prior portfolio consisted of over a hundred multi-family units, two commercial buildings between seven properties in Warrenton, Astoria, and Lincoln City. All simultaneously managed by a management company she started, and self-managed as a percentage owner of all properties. She has the experience of being multi family property owner and a tenant, resulting in skills exceed most property managers. 

Mindy has also been an integral part in the process of planning, re-zoning, and development at each multifamily property she owned. In the past she has had no fear standing up to City Council to advocate development for affordable/workforce housing as we reach an all-time high in our housing crisis.

Mindy now proudly owns and operates Left Coast Property Management LLC & Left Coast Construction her sister company created in a time of need during the pandemic when contractors wouldn't give her the time of day for maintenance repairs."Something good comes out of every crisis."
